People who consume much more fruits and vegetables have a tendency to drop more weight than these who consume significantly less of these nutritious foods, according to a study published in "Nutrition Research" in April 2008. If you stick to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's recommendation to fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables at every meal, you happen to be on your way to much better overall health.
