Chris is a 30-year-old trainee tradesperson whose life is dominated by solving the murder of his friend, Bernice Garner. Bernice was stabbed in 2012 and the killer was never brought to justice. He is English. He started college but never finished the course. Physically, Chris is in good shape. He is short with dark chocolate skin, grey hair and green eyes. He grew up in an upper class neighbourhood. His mother left when he was young, leaving him with his father, who was a drunk. He is currently in a relationship with Leah Marilyn Kelly. Leah is 7 years older than him and works as a sous chef. Chris's best friend is a trainee tradesperson called Harvey Walsh. They have a very firey friendship. He also hangs around with a trainee tradesperson called Kayla Hutchinson. They enjoy writing together.
